Head of Partnerships
We are seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead our strategic partnership development initiatives aimed at growing our exclusive membership base of high quality, UHNW Individuals and top-tier organizations. The ideal candidate is both a growth-focused generalist and a hands-on leader with the ability to engage with the world’s most influential clients and organizations. You will drive BX’s growth through high-level relationship building, partnership development with hands-on in execution.

- Launched Partnerships for Private Jet Xperiences
- Secured 2 pending partnerships with business, luxury, and hospitality organizations from BX’s existing pipeline for 2026 Jet Xperiences.
- Secured 4 partnerships using a combination of existing and newly added pipeline leads for 2027 Jet Xperiences.
- Created partnership proposals in collaboration with the Xpedition team.
- Created, negotiated, and finalized all partner agreements, ensuring favorable terms that drove long-term value for BX.
- Tracked & Reported on Growth Performance
- Owned and maintained the BX Partner CRM to ensure accurate tracking of partnership interactions, deal stages, and pipeline health.
- Reported weekly to leadership on partnership progress using metrics such as deal velocity, partner engagement, and activation timelines.
- Defined and monitored success metrics for partnerships including strategic alignment, ecosystem contribution, and timeline adherence.
- Used data-driven insights to refine outreach cadence, deal structure, and partner prioritization strategies.
2026+
- Launched Partnerships for Future Private Jet Xperiences
- Secured new partnerships for 2028+ Jet Xperiences through a mix of existing pipeline and outbound development.
- Created tailored proposals with the Xpedition team for each partner.
- Finalized all agreements with terms aligned to BX’s strategic goals.
- Unlocked Value-Add Partnerships
- Secured partners who contributed directly to growing BX’s membership base.
- Opened new revenue channels (e.g. brand sponsorships and co-marketing activations).
- Secured partners who provided “money-can’t-buy” access to VIP experiences, private events, and unique privileges.
- Secured all on-trip amenity partnerships across the portfolio.
- Added Value to the Bucketlist Xperiences Membership
- Launched new initiatives with partners that created additional value for members beyond the Jet Xperience itself.
- Developed and activated partnerships offering members exclusive VIP benefits and one-of-a-kind access.
- Maintained and strengthened existing luxury brand relationships to ensure consistent long-term value.
