Job Description: Head of Direct Sales
We are seeking a Director of Direct Sales to lead full-cycle sales of our once-in-a-lifetime, ultra-luxury Jet Xperiences—direct to existing members and UHNW prospects. You will own everything from outreach and qualification to closing and trip alignment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-touch, high-trust environments, has experience selling to UHNWIs, and understands how to sell not just luxury—but legacy.

- Closed Sales for BX Jet Xperiences
- Closed target number of seats for a scheduled BX Jet Xperience through a combination of outbound prospecting and member conversion.
- Created and managed a personalized sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
- Generated new UHNW leads through outbound, referrals, events, and curated networks.
- Delivered white-glove handoff and onboarding for confirmed members in alignment with Xpedition and Operations teams.
- Built BX's Sales Infrastructure
- Created and maintained CRM pipeline with detailed status, lead source, and engagement notes.
- Developed BX’s outbound messaging, objection-handling tools, and sales follow-up templates.
- Created and refined BX's core sales pitch, sales frameworks, and scripting guides.
- Built SOPs for consultative selling, lead qualification, and pipeline advancement.

- Delivered seamless onboarding and handoff of confirmed guests for pre-trip alignment.
- Scaled and Managed Sales Infrastructure & Operations
- Continuously refined CRM setup, lead funnels, and SOPs to support future trip growth.
- Managed reporting systems, dashboards, and pipeline visibility for sales leadership.
- Owned all sales operations workflows and ensured documentation, segmentation, and clean handoffs to internal teams.
- Built repeatable outreach cadences and processes for trip-specific sales campaigns.
