Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize internal operations at Bucketlist Xperiences. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day company operations, from process improvement and workflow optimization to resource allocation and vendor management. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure our internal systems are running at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve internal operations workflows, ensuring efficient processes across departments.
- Implement and maintain company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate with various teams (e.g., travel designers, finance, and customer support) to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Oversee vendor management, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage internal KPIs to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies for resource allocation, ensuring the right tools and personnel are in place to meet business needs.
- Lead process automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Support budgeting and cost management efforts, working with finance to optimize operational expenditures.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to internal operations, implementing solutions to address potential inefficiencies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within a luxury service, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing internal processes, managing vendors, and improving operational efficiency.
