Create, plan, and manage ultra-luxury travel experiences, coordinate all logistics, and ensure seamless execution while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and managing budgets to deliver best in class experiences.

Operations Manager (Full Time)

Drive efficiency, streamline internal processes, optimize workflows, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless daily operations across all departments.

Travel Designer & Xpedition Leader (Full Time)

The Travel Designer/Xpedition Leader is a dual role responsible for designing, planning, and executing ultra-luxury travel experiences, managing all logistics and operational aspects while leading expeditions to ensure an exceptional and safe experience for BX members.

Xpedition Leader (Contract)

The Xpedition Leader is responsible for executing high-end, once-in-a-lifetime travel itineraries, managing teams, ensuring seamless logistics, and guaranteeing the highest level of member experience on luxury expeditions.

Director of Partnerships (Full time)

Lead BX’s growth through high-level partnerships with luxury brands, private networks, and top-tier organizations. You’re a strategic dealmaker with a track record of building C-level relationships, closing multi-year agreements, and creating revenue-driving alliances that unlock once-in-a-lifetime access for our members.

Director of Sales (Full Time)

Own the full sales cycle for BX’s ultra-luxury Jet Xperiences—prospecting UHNW clients, closing $150K+ deals, and managing onboarding. You’re a proven high-ticket closer with experience selling to elite clientele, and can build outbound systems, CRM pipelines, and consultative sales scripts from scratch.

Social Media Content Creator and Strategist (Part Time / Project)

Lead the social strategy and content creation across BX’s social channels. Engaging with UHNWIs and luxury organizations to expand our exclusive membership base and elevate our brand.

Assistant Xpedition Leader (Contract)

The Assistant Xpedition Leader supports the XL by managing operational logistics, coordinating with local partners, and ensuring smooth execution behind the scenes on ultra-luxury expeditions.

Head of Aviation Safety (Contract)

The Head of Aviation Safety & Compliance ensures the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance across BX’s private aviation operations, including large business jets, smaller fixed-wing aircraft, and rotary operations, with a primary focus on member safety.

We are an all remote company. Our all remote structure is both dependent on and creates autonomy. In order to operate effectively as an all-remote team we emphasize activities such as self-learning, decision making, and async communication. In turn these allow for a high degree of flexibility such a non-linear work days and cost savings.

We care about what you achieve: the trip that was executed, the member you made happy, and the team member you helped. Someone who took the afternoon off shouldn’t feel like they did something wrong. You don’t have to defend how you spend your day. We trust team members to do the right thing instead of having rigid rules. We trust team members to show up and do their best work. Do not incite competition by proclaiming how many hours you worked yesterday. If you are working too many hours, talk to your manager to discuss solutions.

Health

Health and wellness is core to our DNA. This includes the entire spectrum of wellness (fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindset, and overall health). While a six-pack isn't required, we highly value healthy habits. We know from the science sufficient sleep and exercise leads to overall higher productivity, happiness, and lower burnout (to name a few benefits).
